Receptionist/ PA

MSS (Management Support Services), one of Ireland's longest established HR Consultancy Firms, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / PA for their busy office in Dublin 1. The role includes Receptionist, Administration and Accounting duties.

Candidates must have strong organisational skills and presentation skills. They will have good attention to detail, ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and must have the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritise tasks and workload, be pleasant, have a confident telephone manner. They must have proven computer knowledge and administration experience. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for the administrative function within MSS HR.


Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of administrative support
  • Diary management/ email/ filing/ invoicing
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Managing and drafting correspondence
  • Screening all telephone calls for Directors

The successful candidate must have:

  •  Strong organisational and time management skills
  •  Previous experience working in a busy administrative environment
  •  An ability to work under pressure and work to strict deadlines
  •  Excellent attention to detail
  •  Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  •  Good communication skills both written and verbal
  •  Excellent grammatical skills
  •  An ability to work as part of a small professional team
  •  Appreciation of confidentiality essential
