The OnSiteHR consulting service provides one of our MSS HR Partners to work an agreed number of days per week or as required “on-site” to take care of your day to day HR needs - including HR consulting tasks, HR administration, recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
In addition there will be the back up of experienced Senior HR Partners at MSS should any issues such as industrial relations problems, Labour Court or other legal matters arise.
MSS will provide a full HR resource at a cost that suits the business.
