HR Administrators - MSS


MSS HR has been providing a range of HR Solutions to businesses across Ireland for over 30 years.

In line with our continued planned expansion we are now recruiting additional HR support personnel to join our team.

We currently have both part time and full-time positions available for the right candidates.


The Role:

You will support the day to day HR needs of our Clients, which will include overseeing HR processes providing advice and addressing employee issues as they arise. In addition to being based in our office you will be required to attend on client sites depending on their business needs.

The successful candidate will have practical HR experience and will see this as an opportunity to progress their HR career and experience in a diverse environment. You will be client focused, have good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and will be able to deliver this service to a high level of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.


Main Responsibilities: 

  • Be the Clients’ primary source of HR support.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Managers.
  • Implement MSS HR procedures and policies
  • Maintain up to date HR data/files/records.
  • Deal with employee issues as they arise.
  • Support the Clients’ recruitment and selection process, as required.
  • Ensure continued compliance with employment legislation.
  • Provide other HR Support, as required.


Requirements for the Role:


  • 1-2 years’ experience working in an HR environment.
  • High degree of computer literacy.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational skills
  • The ability to build effective relationships with Clients
  • Common sense.


  • HR/ Third Level Qualification.
