Accounts Payable Administrator

 

The Role

  • Keep all accounts up to date and ensure any queries/invoice issues are actioned
  • Sending invoices out for approval and following up with outstanding approvals
  • Processing invoices
  • Assist in the preparing of weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Follow up regularly to ensure all processes are efficient and repair all problem transactions, ensure no invoice is left unprocessed
  • Perform regular supplier reconciliations
  • Discussion with Accounts Payable Manager on outstanding queries
  • Adhoc  admin office duties

 

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience within accounts payable
  • Knowledge of accounting transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experienced in the MS Outlook and Excel
  • ATI or similar would be an advantage

 

The Reward

  • Salary, up to circa €33,000
